Reason #37
Will not be able to afford prescriptions for asthma, RA, severe allergies, and neuropathy. I am 38 with two kids and a grandchild. Right now the medications I take are what keep me alive and able to work. Paying a for a house, bills, food ect. If I can’t afford medications and the blood tests to monitor the medications, I can not work. I will get sicker and finally very ill, then being unable to afford medical care. I will eventually make my entire family bankrupt, and die. Perhaps it would be better to skip the steps of dragging everyone else down with me. If the end result is the same, why wait. When my insurance is canceled or unaffordable due to many preexisting conditions, I will proactively enter hospice.
